放工跟cs & ln 閒聊後回到家裡已7:00, baby正在吃晚飯.  雖見baby仍好像精神弈弈般, 但姐姐卻告知baby午睡至4:30醒來後便沒有再睡.  細看下, 她確有點睡意.   

心想既然baby已累, 那就不要讓她亂爬, 沖涼前靜靜的看看明珠台動物世界吧.  兔, 猫, 鼠的吸引力卻少於3分鐘, 逾期baby便不停嚷著要爬爬. 無可奈何之際, 只好放她到地上.

四肢著地, 她隨即閃電式爬到daddyçš„hifi 前.  恐怕她會撞到玻璃, 於是便用手檔在玻璃板上.  說時遲那時快她真的撞過去, 可是不是撞到玻璃上, 而是撞到了hifi.  “哇….哇….å‘€….å‘€….”  心痛極了.  幸好只是皮外傷.  daddy 說應很怏會痊癒, 只是要負傷過新年吧 :

Baby finally held her own bottle of milk during feeding. 

“To hold or not to hold” that’s the question of “will or will not” not “can or cannot”.  Tonite, it’s probably out of extreme hunger that she’s willing to hold it herself.  Just wonder if she will do that again tomorrow :s. 

給baby吃完晚飯我跟姐姐便於厨房位置準備餸菜.  Baby 繼續坐在她的bb高椅玩耍.

突然姐姐大叫, 原來baby以經從高椅爬出 ( 但她是扣著安全帶的啊 !! ), 上半身已伏在餐檯上, 場面險象環生.  幸好早點發現, 要不然, 她可做了空中飛人.

We have been having video conversation with baby since we arrived at Beaver Creek.

Initially, not understanding what was going on, baby was rather impatient in talking “to” the LCD.  But gradually, until today, she seemed to have realised that Daddy & Mommy were actually talking to her.  With such enlightenment, we saw her touched the LCD with interests.

It’s really amazing as to how babies come to comprehend and respond to what’s happening around them.

今天daddy & mommy起程到beaver creek 滑雪, baby 要交由爺爺嫲嫲照顧.

一早忙碌地整理行裝, 食過午飯後便要匆匆離家.  出門前依依不捨地跟baby說拜拜.  她竟然舉慢慢高手做了個接近拜拜的手勢.  哇…實在高興極了!!! 

Despite various precautions made, baby got the flu from daddy. 

This is the very first time she got sick since birth :

經過多日來的勞勞碌碌, 今天是最平靜的一天.

下午跟契爺契契媽到謝記吃過魚蛋粉後便回家休息.

有趣的是沒有半根牙齒的baby怎樣吃魚蛋呢 ?  答案是 : 心想便事成囉

Baby’s first New Year’s Eve and we’ve made it as exciting as it could be…

To start off for the day, we had had brunch with baby Dana and Jason at the Le Meridian.  Baby was exceptionally happy to see the two of them as well as the uncles and aunties.  She’s so overwhelmed that she only managed to finish 1/5 of her congee!!  Worried that she might be hungry, and to keep her busy during Daddy & Mummy’s gourmet time, Daddy gave her a huge chunk of bread to chew on.  With baby’s clumsy hands and aggressive little mouth trying to devour as much bread as possible, it sure was a great show of messiness with half of the bread crumbs spatted and smashed all over the hands, clothes, chair, table and floor!!

At evening, after a brief visit to Grandma, we went straight off to Disney joining sister Joyce for the Disney count down.  With sister Joyce, baby was a lot more happier than her last Disney trip which was barely a week ago.  She & Joyce really enjoyed each other’s company.  The whole Disney count down was finally concluded with the mid-night fireworks (which ended quite abruptly :

嚐過東星的鮮甜美味, baby愈來愈喜歡吃魚.  但近日鮮魚衛生問題實在太多 : 曾購買多寶魚給baby吃, 吃後不到三日, 即有報導指發現有毒; 滿以為魚生比較衛生, 便購買hamachi煮熟後給baby吃, 怎料亦有問題. 

終於, 我們決定反撲歸真, 買泥鯭.

泥鯭蒸熟後, daddy小心地把牠煎皮拆骨, 待baby享用.  baby反應雖未及吃東星時熱烈, 但也很欣賞這頓美味泥鯭餐呢.
